Previous Good Friday performances by the choir brought tears of  emotion to many in the audience, particularly Peter Jackson's moving portrayal  as  disciple St Peter during the  journey of events in Christ's life from Palm Sunday to Good Friday. 'It was an absolutely wonderful occasion and enabled everyone present to identify the weakness of humanity. It was a most moving narration' said musical director Roy Sarre.
